How do i get clothing stains out if an electric radiator?

I have blue stains on my electric radiator from a pair of jeans i was drying and now i cannot get them out. I have tried scrubbing them but still can't get them out as they have been dried in. Please help!

This sounds like a tricky one, if ordinary cleaning products won't get rid of it then nothing is obviously springing to mind as to what you can to do deal with the stain.
