How do I get my windows to shine?

If you want a nice shine to your windows, then when it comes to cleaning them pour a little vinegar in with the water.
The acid will dissolve any soapy grease marks that might be left on the windows otherwise.
The net result of this is that you will get a lovely glean and shine to your windows - perfect!

I agree with using white vinegar and water to clean. If you use some crumpled newspaper for the final dry, they will really sparkle.
