How do I get photos off my mobile phone onto the computer?

There are various possible ways of doing this but most cameras have a data transfer cable, which you connect into a tiny hole on the bottom of the mobile or cellphone, and this then goes into the USB port usually of the computer and it will upload the photos across, there may be software that comes with the phone too in some cases.
