How do I get that speacial person I like to notice me without wearing revealing clothes for him to only think of me as an sex object.

This is a tricky one. If they don't notice you in that way already then it may be that they just aren't interested in you.
The best thing to do is to move on and forget about them and find someone who does appreciate you no matter what you wear. Certainly dressing up just to get someones attention is not sustainable or a good idea.
If they like you but are playing hard to get then ignoring them and showing an interest in someone else instead may also be a good way to get their attention!
