How do I know if customers are finding my website easy to use?

There is no easy way to determine this without asking them, which is why feedback forms are valuable and why sites often ask you to fill in a quick survey.

However by analysing your stats there are some tell tale signs.

If you work out what popular journeys through your site should be then look at the stats and see if there are pages you think are important that hardly anyone is viewing for instance then this could suggest that material is hard for people to find and therefore a redesign may be in order to make it easier to find that content.
