How do I know if I am fat or not?

One way is the visual inspection of the body and see if you have flab rolls or similar.
However many people tend to think they are overweight when they are not due to pressure and seeing stick thin models and so on in magazines and so on making you think anything but a totally toned and trim body is fat which is often not the case.
There are many lookup tables online that tell you what your weight range should be to be considered "normal" based on your age, weight and sex so simply consult one of those to see where you rank.
