How do I make a will?
Question asked by: knowitall

It is hard to give generic advice on how to make a will, because the process varies greatly from country to country.
The easiest way to get advise would be to go to your local bank or your solicitor if you have one, and find out the process for your country.
It is worth following due process for the peace of mind that what you produce will be legally recognised as accurately representing your wishes for what happens once you are gone.
