To make your company a success, you will need a great idea, hard work, passion, commitment and the knowledge and skills to juggle many balls at once.
Yes that is the reality of running a business and making it a success, it is not easy but the rewards can be great both in terms of the financial incentive and the life fulfilment when you get things right, get the orders in, and things go well for your company.
