How do I remove adhesive residue off aluminum counters left over from contact paper?
Question asked by: knowitall
To remove adhesive residue there is usually one simple solution.
Mix a solution of hot water with washing up liquid, and apply over the affected area; leaving to soak for a few minutes.
Then use a scouring sponge to rub off the adhesive marks. Warning: may require severe elbow grease to work effectively and remove all of that residue!
