How do i remove glue from a woolen jumper

Removing glue from a woolen jumper... that sounds like it could be tricky as it is sticky and in a fibrous material.
Hmm.
I guess it depends on the type of glue, if it is something gentle then just a little water could perhaps loosen the bonds and enable it to be rubbed off with a tissue. Contact the manufacturer to see what they recommend to remove glue from the garment before trying anything.
