How do I remove ketchup stains?

Ketchup stains are tricky to remove.
The tomato dye can really stain a material.
Therefore the best thing is to treat quickly.
Wipe off any wet marks with a damp cloth.
Then use some washing up liquid on the stain and scrub hard.
Wash as normal with a biological detergent and hopefully this should help to remove the stain from the clothing.
