How do I remove make up (foundation) from my sofa?

Removing make up is quite tricky as the powder that is quite fine can get into all sorts of nooks and crannies of the sofa.
Therefore what you need is something slightly sticky to try to pick up the bits of foundation that are about.
So what you should do is get some blue tack or similar product to try to pick up the foundation - good luck!
