How do I remove redeye from an image?

To remove redeye from an image then you will usually require some software graphics package to do so.
However some image viewers have ready made filters and one of these is sometimes redeye removal which tries to find eyes in images using an algorithm and then to reduce the red hues.
If you don't have that then you will need to use something like photoshop to go in and try to edit out the redeye.
