The trick is to use a good quality and hair-nutritional serum and run through hair on a daily basis.
This will ensure that the root and the hair has all that it needs to be healthy and should help to minimise the ends from fraying.
Note that there are many products on the market that can help so if you need advice talk to your stylist for hints and tips on products that you could use for best effect.
