How do some people never seem to get stressed by big decisions?
Question asked by: mrquestion

This again is partly down to people's nature.
For many they take decisions to heart and feel them quite strongly personably. Others are able to disassociate their own feelings from the decision and just make the best rational decision and stay calm under pressure.
To a large extent this seems to be innate and down to an individual, often it is the telltale sign of someone who is able to raise to leadership levels in a business that they can take decisions easily without feeling too much pressure themselves in having to take them.
