How do you add fractions?
Question asked by: qazwsx

All you need to do is multiply them up until you get a common bottom line, then add the numbers on the top and ignore the numbers on the bottom.
Thus if we have 1/2 + 1/4 then we double 1/2 to get the common base, so thus we have:
2/4 + 1/4 = 3/4
