How do you get nail polish remover from wood?

Question asked by: knowitall

Apparently mayonnaise mixed with a little ash - for instance from burnt paper or a cigarette - placed on top of the nail varnish remover and then left for a bit and then rubbed can help to remove the mark from the nail varnish remover.

However not tried it so can't say for sure whether this works or not but you might want to give it a go to remove nail polish remover.

However it is nasty stuff and therefore you may want to get professional advice on removing a stain from nail varnish remover.
