How do you get sweat stains off a white blouse?

What happens if you use a washing powder with a biological enzyme product? Since the sweat is a natural product this should break down and remove the stain.

You can remove sweat stain by pouring some house hold vinegar over the underarms, then wash immediatley. It will remove the smell completley and the stain.
