How do you prioritise your work?

Work out two thinsg - what is important and what is urgent.
Then do the things that are urgent and important first, then do the things that are just urgent, then do the important, then the things that are neither.
People are often tempted to do the small things first for the feeling of getting something done plus they tend to be easier tasks too.
