How do you remove red eye in photos?

If the photos have not already been taken, then ensure that there is good lighting.

If that is not possible, then try to use a red-eye reduction flash, this creates small flashes before the photo is taken to reduce the size of the pupils slightly.

If the photo is taken then use some software package such as photoshop.
