How many times a week should I exercise?

There is no set number of times that you should exercise each week and it will vary depending on your various circumstances.
However as a rule of thumb it is often suggested that we should look to exercise around three times a week for 20 - 30 minutes a time to maintain a basic level of fitness.
Many will do more than that, but we should aim for that as a minimum. Sad thing is many people do no exercise at all during the course of a week!
