How quickly can you solve sudoku?

I do not know if there a quickest time that a sudoku can be solved in. Partly it depends on the size.
For a standard 9x9 sudoku I don't know if there is a 'world record' time but it would be interesting to find out. Clearly it depends on how easy the puzzle is - a very hard one can take a lot longer than one that only has one missing for instance!
I imagine really good people can finish the easy puzzles in magazines in under a minute.
