I am 1st over weight and i have a dance show in 2 weeks. If i want to get in the show i need to lose this weight how do i do it keeping in mind i am a very picky eater who won\'t eat most vegetables but i will eat salad? Please help

Well, it would be dangerous to try and lose so much weight in just two weeks so first of all don't do that.

Rather than losing it in 2 weeks aim to lose it over say six months instead - this is both possible and much healthier; crash dieting is actually dangerous.

The way is simple - use more calories than you eat. This means a sensible diet combined with moderate levels of exercise and you should start to see the weight coming off.
