I am a graduate with no experience - how do I get it?

Graduate jobs - many of us have been there and it can be hard to get on the ladder.
Often a job wants you to have experience but what comes first - the job or the experience!
What you should aim to do is to therefore apply for roles that are specifically for graduate entrants as then you have a great chance and are on an even playing field with other people who are in the same situation as you.
Remember to project a good and confident image and put a positive spin on what you have done and sound interesting!
