I am not confident about wearing a bikini what should I do?

A lot of women are not confident about wearing a bikini and it is that lack of confidence in wearing a bikini that causes issues, ironically enough.

What this means is that you need to learn to look confident and walk tall and to love your bikini body, in most cases there is nothing to worry about as women are naturally hard on themselves as we compare our bodies to models and all those unobtainable airbrushed bodies that even some of the models themselves don't actually have in real life!
