I blush around someone I fancy. Why?

We tend to blush when nervous or embarrassed.
It is a natural reaction and caused as the blood vessels expand and move closer to the surface of the skin making the blood more visible and creating that red colour that we associate with blushing.
To stop blushing you need to feel less embarrassed and the only way to do this is to keep calm and to stay confident.
