I cant ask him out

hello thanks for answering my q but i cant ask him out coz im afraid and he so shy and he never become alone he always with his friends so how i can ask him out another problem my sister is always watching me i can even talk him plzzzzz i need help thnkx

Can you get his mobile number then or MSN or something and either ask him by email or text?

That way it is not face to face so it won't be awkward and there will be no embarrassment.
