I didn't get a credit card bill in the post but got charged interest what can I do?

This is a tricky one.
If you didn't get sent a bill in the post then this probably means that it got lost in the postal system so it is a bit unfair on you to be charged interest anyhow.
However many companies may take the stance that it is your responsibility to find out your balance and ensure payments are met.
But it is worth phoning them as if this is your first offence then you can usually get the charge waived for that one time.
