I have a Kilmarnock Willow which has tiny little orange spots on the backs of the leaves. Its recently been re-potted and is fed regularly......can you advise me what the spots are please?

This sounds like a fungal disease known as rust, rather than something down to lack of nutrients or nutrition for the plant you mention.

There are specific fungicides you can use to get rid of this - ask at your local garden centre to find the right one for the plant and then try it and see if it works.
