I have a question given that enzymes are made of proteins, would it be fair to describe lysosomes as a type of vesicle?

Yes that's right - you can indeed define a lysosome as a type of vesicle.

In fact there are more than thirty acid hydrolases in different lysosomes that constitute the human vesicle system.
