I have been promised modelling work by an agency. Should I sign up?
Question asked by: knowitall
Absolutely not, no!
If anyone promises you work in modelling before you sign up then don't do it.
My bet is that if you do join up there is a fee?
This must be dodgy: the decision about whether you get work is taken by the various people who employ models and never by a modelling agency!
Therefore this sounds like a modelling scam where by they will take your money and run or else give you a 'job' that lasts one hour and pays $10.
Be wary of any modelling place that guarantees you work as the world just isn't like that!
