I have just built a pergola over my patio. What could I grow up and over it?

Question asked by: knowitall

Climbers are the obvious options here.

Examples would include things like a vine or the trumpet vine, maybe ivy.

A popular choice with many people is to train some sort of clematis to grow up and around which is also something that looks really good.

For more ideas you can also visit your garden centre and look at the plants they have in their climbers section.
