I have removed sign writing from my van but it has left a sticky residue, what can I use to remove it?

Good question!
Cleaning off marks like this can require a lot of time and effort.
Sometimes you will find that ordinary detergent mixed with warm soapy water left on for a little while will be enough to help you shift this, as it will eat away and loosen the mark.
Otherwise you might need a stronger, specific product such as WD-40.
If in doubt go to the local hardware store where someone should be able to recommend just the product though note that they often don't come cheap!
