I have spot on my face ive lots of things to get rid of them but it dosen't work none of my freinds have them can you help

I would suggest that you use something like a facial cream that contains benzoyl peroxide which is one of the most effective agents.
If they persist then you could go and see your doctor and see what they recommend.
Try not to get too down about this sort of thing because everyone has spots at this sort of stage.
