I hv spots on my back,lots of them :(

Could be due to hormones or it could be because it is getting sweaty and needs to be more clean.
Try using a good soap and washing thoroughly and scrubbing the back a couple of times a day.
If it doesn't go and it is really annoying you then perhaps go and see your doctor and see if they can recommend something.
