I hv spots on my back,lots of them :(

Hey,,i need urgent help guys,,,,i have these,,big spots on my back, all over it,,,its itches,and luks disgusting,i cant wear all my favourite dresses all because of it,,,pls tell me a way to remove them,, would be really thankful to y'all...

Could be due to hormones or it could be because it is getting sweaty and needs to be more clean.

Try using a good soap and washing thoroughly and scrubbing the back a couple of times a day.

If it doesn't go and it is really annoying you then perhaps go and see your doctor and see if they can recommend something.
