I like someone at work what will I do if they reject me?

This can be quite awkward when it comes to workplace and office romances although many people around the world have experienced office romances since these days that is where you spend most of your time and hence when you are around people of the opposite sex the most with chances to meet.

If you do like someone then don't make a big deal of it and try to just get a coffee with them casually, then it might be obvious if they are into you or not. If it's not obvious and you decide to pluck up the courage then again keep it casual and mention going for a meal after work one day or something - not using the word "date" - so that if they're not down with it then there is no awkwardness on either side.
