Ah, if I had a dollar for every time I had heard this question!
There is no right or wrong way to ask someone out or a book to read. It is one of those classic cases where the advice is 'just do it'!
You can stress and worry about how to do it and in the end you won't do it she will be fed up waiting and move on to someone else and the chance is gone forever.
Therefore just make sure that you get some time with her on her own when she is not in a massive hurry, and ask the question. Good luck!
