Intuition is usually correct. If it seems that she has gone off you then either ask her direct and be prepared for the answer.
Otherwise you could always just chalk it up to experience and move on - remember you can hardly ever get a girl to change her mind for the right reason so accept that it is not to be and try not to lose too much sleep over it!
