This is an interesting one.
It is one of those statements that tells you the answer, but she is not being fair enough by just walking away when she knows that you like her.
She is obviously a naturally flirty person but is telling you quite clearly that she is not the one for you.
The hardest thing is to accept that's the case particularly if you really do like her, but saying that she would be bad for you is basically saying that she's not the one for you, so it is time to move on!
