I never succeed at interview why is that?

Question asked by: mrquestion

If you never succeed at interview then the friend that you need is called FEEDBACK.

This may be painful but it will tell you why you don't get the job - sometimes it could be because you don't seem to have the right experience, sometimes because you are right but there is just an outstanding candidate (sometimes interviews are basically a fix and someone internal for instance is already earmarked for the job if you are applying from outside).

Getting feedback will tell you what the sort of problems are - if it is just bad luck - or if you are doing something wrong in the interviews such as appearing very timid and lacking in confidence or not giving good answers.
