I really want to lose some weight especially around my bottom and upper leg area. What can i do to achieve this?
Question asked by: knowitall
Losing weight is very simple in theory but just hard in practice!
What you need to do is make sure that you consume less than you lose, in other words eat a bit less and exercise a bit more.
Do this in such a way that you use a bit more calories than you use up and you will steadily start to lose a little weight over time in a controlled manner, it just takes discipline and eating the right foods so you still feel full but consume less calories in the process.
