Sunflower oil can be tricky to remove, being as it is - an oil, as given away by the name.

You need to use a lipase, or fat removal biological cleaning product agent for best results.

In order to get hold of such a product to remove the sunflower oil stain or a stain from a household oil product, go to your local hardware store for the recommended product for cleaning this type of stain.
