Personal shopping is a highly competitive market.
If you are a personal shopper then you will know to the case. However returns can be good.
Best off do some personal shopping for friends and people you know for free in order to build up a couple of references.
Once you have a couple of references then it is easier to get paid work as you can point to what you have done before.
Get yourself a website so that people can find out more about you and also can contact you.
