I wax or pluck the hair on my upper lip and chin. The skin in this area is darker to the rest of my face, what can I do? Please help as it's embarrassing!! Thank you.

A common problem as many people have different colour regions of hair for no particular reason.
However as you say this can look very embarrassing so what can you do about it?
Well the best suggestion is simply to ensure that it never grows enough that people can see its colour.
Alternatively you could try to carefully bleach it, again this is a method that works well for some people.
