If you like him then it might be worth giving it a go.
We tend to regret things that we haven't done more than we regret things that we have done in life.
If you do nothing about it you start thinking what if like it seems that you have done already.
So throw caution to the wind and go for it and ask to see him, it could be the start of something beautiful even if it turns out just to be friendship and nothing more.
