If you are in an aircraft and can't see out how do you know if you change speed?

Question asked by: mrquestion

A change in speed (acceleration or deceleration) is a force.

And what do you know about forces? It is that in GCSE physics these are associated in this sense with a PUSH or a PULL.

Therefore you will either feel like you are being pushed back in your seat, with acceleration, or pulled forward, if there is deceleration. And so that is how you can know even if you can't see out the window or have any other reference point.
