If you are stuck in a rut how can you get out?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Being stuck in a rut can be something of a vicious circle, as you can lose motivation through being stuck in a rut and therefore find it harder to actually achieve anything so it can be a real downward spiral.
What you need to do is set yourself something big that you want to achieve, and a goal that if you do achieve it will give you a lot of satisfaction and lift you out that rut!
Perhaps there is something you always wanted to do or to achieve like learning a foreign language well set yourself that target and go all out to achieve it.
