Improve colour

I want to know how can i improve my colour from dark to white. Is It is hamful to use crdams and other cosmetics.i heara that they wil decrease hair growth on face.i need alot of hair on my face and i m now 22yrs but no facial hair at all.please please help me

This sounds like something you should also go and see the doctor about.

Not sure really why you would need to have facial hair or to have a particular colouration but anyway yes that definitely sounds like one to talk to the doctor about.
