Is it even possible?

Hi I am 5"2' with brown hair and brown eyes. I'm 13 and weigh about 105. I would say I have a nice smile and really want to model but the height requirement is what always gets me. I know I'm sti growing, but not for long and I have short parents. Modeling is my dream. Are there any managements you could recommend me to that are in california? Thanks a million.
