Is it good to constantly change face care products such as moisterizers, toners, cleansers, body lotion, etc.? And does constant change damage skin?

Interesting question and debate is out.

Many people believe that after a few months your skin gets used to whatever products you use and therefore they lose their effectiveness. Whilst others spend ages trying to find a product then when they find one that works for them they stick with it for years on end.

Therefore what you should do is ensure that you do what feels right for you - if you want to change products then do so, but only do so if the current ones aren't working. If they do work then use them for as long as they do. Beauty treatments and cosmetics and facial products are funny things and we all react differently so ultimately it is down to your personal experience.
